March 22 City Council Meeting

The Annapolis City Council will hold its special meeting and a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 22, in City Council Chambers, 160 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis. The meeting's agenda will posted here on the Thursday preceding the meeting.

The City Council will receive public testimony on the following matters:
O-27-09 Restaurant Liquor Licenses and Hours - For the purposes of authorizing restaurants serving alcohol in the C2 and C2A zoning districts to remain open beyond midnight and permitting the issuance of 2 a.m. restaurant-class liquor licenses (Class B.x) in the C2 and C2A zoning districts.

O-35-09 Stadium as Conforming Use in R2 Zoning District - For the purpose of establishing a stadium as an additional conforming use within the R2 Single-Family Residence Zoning District

O-45-09 Subdivision of Nonconforming Properties - For the purpose of permitting the subdivision of nonconforming properties.

O-07-10 Receipt, Deposit, and Expenditure of Grants - For the purpose of establishing rules governing the application for, receipt, deposit, and expenditure of grants by the City of Annapolis.
