Annapolis Capital Punishment

CP thinks this is no big deal. IF Mike Christman officially leaves, we'll deal with it then. Of course, if CP lived in Ward 2, he might feel differently. What really is of concern is that a special election will likely cost us tens of thousands of dollars. Perhaps a hundred people will actually turn out to vote. THAT'S THE PROBLEM!! We may not be able to "buy" votes, but they sure do cost us all a lot and a lot more per vote, when only a few show up!!
