We've heard the expression "I cry me a river" but how about "We cry by the river"?
Our city will be hosting the North American Town Crier Competition on Saturday, May 3 at 1 pm at City Dock. Perhaps we as concerned residents should have our own "cry-in" to express our sadness, frustration and fear about the open air drug markets, gun violence and homicide in Annapolis.
Anybody interested? Should we meet and cry as a community or continue to stay in our homes and sulk? Please write to CP by posting a comment below.
