Yikes. This Sarah Palin is one dipsy floozy. How these comedians ever managed to get her on the line is curious enough, but how Palin's campaign and how Palin herself were stupid enough to believe she was really speaking with President Sarkozy in this five-minute prank phone conversation is beyond me. As you know, I've not thought much of this pitbull with lipstick but I'd take a year of Dan Quayle over a day of her anytime. Heck I would have taken a year of Reagan or Goldwater over a day of Bush Two. At least they had honest conservative principles, but this Palin!!! Primal scream!!! Please--if you are undecided or leaning toward McCain or know anyone else who is, PLEASE, PLEASE try to explain to them that Palin is so stupid, so narrow-minded, so un-presidential, so totally unprepared that a vote for McCain is pretty much a vote to put her in the Oval Office sometime in the next four years. Could you imagine her taking a real call from the Kremlin or 10 Downing Place??? She makes Peter Sellers in "Being There" look like a Rhodes Scholar. Puhleeze!

Sarkozy doesn't even speak English!
Dear Fineart (for the sake of full disclosure, "Fineart" reads this blog on the same computer upon which CP publishes it.)
I had thought that was the case as I recall him always speaking in French...of course he is French, but...Apparently his command of English is weak but he is studying to improve it. In the video, the accent is funny and he says a lot of totally fake French (as on Prairie Home Companion's Cafe Beuf sp?) as well as what seem to be some English curse words. Ha ha!! All of which adds up to a dumb and dumber Palin...who somehow manages top put on her own fake French accent...And when the comedians said he could see Belgium from Paris I fell over laughing...and Palin swallowed it! (Only the Nazis could see Belgium from Paris...)
