We learn this from the Oregonian in Portland, Oregon:
"A Multnomah County judge has cleared a Northeast Portland nude bicyclist of criminal indecent exposure charges, saying cycling naked has become a 'well-established tradition' in Portland and understood as a form of 'symbolic protest'."
Actually I just heard it on NPR--Naked Pedaling Radio, and then I read it. And then I cracked up, even though the cyclist sounded on the radio like, well, um, ya know, like a total ditzbrain (he needs a better SPOKES-person) You gotta love this story. Nude bicycling--a protected form of expression. You gotta love this country. The law says we can bicycle in the nude. I know this one is pedaling all the way to The Supreme Court. I'd be out there right now except it's raining and it's cold and it's dark. But in that case, you'd probably not even notice....of course it might get cold and slippery...
