Copper Thefts: Several incidents of copper downspout thefts have been reported recently. Police have charged 27-year-old Donald Raymond Zelder in connection with these crimes. The downspout thefts were reported in February and early March from homes and businesses in the downtown area. Mr. Zelder lives in the 200 block of Cadle Avenue, in Edgewater. At last report, he was being held at the Anne Arundel County Detention Center on a $3,000 bond. (09-001205)
I wonder if we could also get the guy on storm water violations due to downspout removal? I also wonder if he is the same guy who stole the copper and aluminum from me a couple of years ago? Did anybody not see a guy removing downspouts and running away???? Why do I keep referring to him as a guy?
