Annapolis Police Department Hosts Classic Car Show - The Annapolis Police Department is hosting the First Annual Invitational Classic Car Show and National Night Out Kickoff event this Saturday, July 25, 2009 from 9am until 4pm at the Wiley H. Bates Heritage Park,1103 Smithville Street in Annapolis.
Held in conjunction with the Annapolis Police Department’s National Night Out Drive and in partnership with Wheels from the Past and Bay Side Mustangs, this inaugural event features the finest classic cars in the area competing for the first annual Mayor’s Choice Trophy.
There is a full day of activities planned for both children and adults. Police and other emergency vehicles will be on display, there will a K 9 demonstration, a hula hoop contest, a jump rope contest, a moon bounce and much, much more.
Live music and great food and drinks will also be available.
All of the proceeds from the First Annual Invitational Classic Car Show benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County
