Finlayson is among Moyer's most stalwart supporters on council. Think about the big picture, the other candidates and ask yourself what is the motivation here? I would ask Finlayson herself at an upcoming Sip N' Blog, but she has refused repeated invitations. Maybe she has something to hide? Hey--she is unopposed so what does she care? Even though her position may be guaranteed, and Cohen's on County Council will be guaranteed if he loses, what will be in store for Finlayson on City Council if Cohen is defeated--or if he is elected? It's all about how Cohen and Fin-lays-on the pieces to fit together.)
