Annapolis Capital Punishment

I have had to remind them of this here three days in a row, and they keep getting it wrong, yet look what The Capital wrote today:

"Cordle also supports a city manager form of government and has introduced city legislation that would create it."

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A CITY MANAGER FORM OF GOVERNMENT...THERE IS A COUNCIL-MANAGER FORM OF GOVERNMENT....THIS IS NOT JUST VERBIAGE OR WINDOW DRESSING BUT AN ACTUAL POINT OF FACT--JUST CALL THE ICMA AS I HAVE DONE... if it's important enough to write about every day, it is important enough to do so correctly.
