The Boys and Girls Clubs of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County will host the third “Be A Kid for a Night” on November 13th at their Wiley H. Bates location on South Villa road in Annapolis. The party will kick-off at 7:00 p.m. with music, entertainment, food, games, and activities lasting until bedtime. This event was deemed the “Party of the Year” by the Capital Newspapers (2006).
Put on your jeans and go back in time to being a kid! Entertainment, live music and surprises await partygoers in every room of the club. An assortment of food donated by local caterers will be served, as well as Adult Libations prepared by Moveable Mixtures. It’s a night to celebrate “The Positive Place for Kids”.
The public is invited to join in the fun ~ have your fortune read by a tarot card reader, take a swing at the golf simulator, have your handwriting analyzed, try your luck at our casino tables or belt out your favorite tunes in the teen center with Karaoke! If that’s not enough, you can join the line-dancing lessons, hoola-hoop contests, body bingo, raffles and much more. Seniors from the senior center next door have even offered to teach our guests how to be pool sharks!
Live music by Classic Case will round out the evening performing classic rock and roll the way you want to hear it. We invite you to join the party and be a kid for the night to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County.
Tickets are $100 and include open bar, food and entertainment. For sponsorship or volunteer information, contact Jennifer Lagrotteria at 410.263.2542 or visit www.bgcaa.com
