Tug of War - The Annapolis Police Department congratulates the Annapolis Fire Department for their narrow "Tug of War" victory on Saturday. The Fire Department, with the help of 8 more people on their side of the rope -about 2000 extra pounds of pasta eating civil servants- and borrowed personnel from other agencies, managed to barely "out pull" the Police Department who followed the rules with the sanctioned 25-member-team. For their win, the Police Department offers the Fire Department free math lessons and a diet plan. We look forward to next year when our 33 can face AFD's 75.
