Cohen and Capital Rediscover the Lost Medallions and City Magazines.....CP Says I Told You So...

Indiana Jones--where are you? In the latest twist in uncovering the Moyer nightmare, today's Capital http://www.hometownannapolis.com/news/top/2010/01/29-20/Citys-leftover-medallions-magazine-questioned.html reports that boxes of medallions commissioned by Boss Ellen and boxes of the city magazine she foisted upon we the taxpayers have been discovered in a closet in City Hall. Moyer does not take responsiblity. The Public Arts chairperson does not take responsibility. Moyer appointee Karen Engelke does not take responsibility. What happened?
As for the magazine, alert readers may recall how certain Aldermen insisted on including $80,000 to publish them in the city budget this year, while others voted against it. Let's see now, who were they....? Cohen has wisely put it on hold.

Meanwhile, CP would like to say "I told you so!" Way back in July of 2008, in a post called "Ellen of Troy" (heh heh I liked that one), Moyer said they were certain to become a collector's item. CP thought otherwise.

Indeed. They certainly have....in a closet in City Hall, collecting dust.  Read it here: Ellen of Troy? Taxpayers--a sidewalk tax refund or a medallion?
