I think Eric Hartley is right on to raise questions about expanding surveillance cameras around town. While I see absolutely no reason why law abiding citizens should be concerned about red-light or speeding cameras, placing cameras elswewhere is problematic. I fully agree with Hartley that this needs a lot more public scrutinty before a decision is made.
