Listening intently. Responding thoughfully. Always maintaining an air of respectability. This is what Mayor Cohen is best at doing and in this brief video, he rises to the occasion and is the kind of mayor I want to see. Sure, he deserves criticism for snow operations, but also credit. The only suggestion I would have for this video is that it should have included some of the many hardworking city employees who have been out there everyday:
Can you just imagine how his predeccesor would have dealt with this--or Mike Miller's comments??? Like the Snow Queen, I would imagine...
