Republican Rob Fisher to challenge Harford County's State Senator Andy Harris in MD's US Congressional First District.....Oh yeah! Learn more about this Eastern Shore businessman whose money is sure to give Harris a run for his money--and sure to upset some Republicans, but let the fun begin http://www.robfisherforcongress.com/Readers will recall that incumbent Democrat Frank Kratovil narrowly beat out Harris after a three way Republican primary in which Harris pushed out longtime Republican incumbent, the moderate Wayne Gilchrest. Maryland's First District comprises the Eastern Shore, areas north of Baltimore and a portion of Anne Arundel County north of Annapolis. Kratovil and the Republican winner will also face Independent Jack Wilson in November. The GOP is taking a special interest in this race, one would assume, as it probably views Kratovil, who bucked his party when he voted against Obamacare, as a vulnerable Democrat.
