2010 Elections Again....Ryan Ludick, a a Navy civilian working logistics for Naval Sea Systems Command lives on a boat in Eastport and is running for Congress as a Democrat seeking to unseat John Sarbanes. Ludick says he "will not accept any campaign donations from: any companies or organizations, or any individual who is not eligible to vote for me." Furthermore, he says it is "almost criminal that the people of one Congressional District can influence the representation of another."
