Annapolis Capital Punishment

Every weekend without respite, a small plane buzzes over the skies of Annapolis pulling a huge yellow banner telling me they have new lower insurance rates in Maryland. I wonder how many wrecks occur because drivers look up from the road ahead and WAMM! Unlike the tv, radio or newspaper, CP can't choose to let it go away, or to ignore it. It is an unwelcome nuisance. Unlike the national DO NOT CALL list which allows me to block unwanted messages, this one is BAD, BAD, BAD and it seeks to ruin the peaceful weekend. Is there no escape from rampant commercialism???
