Saturday, April 19 - Greenscape Day

Greenscape '08 is just around the corner! Get out your hoes and rakes and help put a greener face on the area we love to call Eastport. Many of our street end parks have had a hard winter (not to mention two tough years of drought) and 19 April is the day to spruce them up. We are on the MAINTENANCE side of the gardening equation this year, so we will be weeding, pruning and doing general clean up at the following parks:
  • 1st Street and Spa Creek (near SSA)
  • 3rd Street and Chester (a much used and valued park)
  • Davis Park (across from Davis Pub, and another major attraction)
