Three shots rang out at about 3 pm on President Street near Madison (is that any surprise?) and moments later police and fire department vehicles were on the scene. A bus-load of Annapolis Middle School students came by on their way home and were witness to all the commotion, including seeing a man sprawled on the ground.
No word at this time as to details or anything about the victim. I tried to get close to the scene but the rain was so heavy I was unable to find anything out. It's not the first time I've heard and seen the aftermath of gunshots in Eastport.
ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!!! It's always related to public housing. It's almost always at President and Madison. Do you really think a curfew will do anything? This was at 3 in the afternoon!
I did notice at least two all-black SUV's on scene--perhaps State Police vehicles.
