FOIAMAN is another locally published blog for you to read!--besides CP of course....it is the creation of Ryan Bagwell, a former Capital reporter. Mr. Bagwell has developed an expertise in tracking down and researching government documents and using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)and he enjoys delving into the minutiae of bureaucracy.
However, his latest is a bit different in that he puts his investigative skills to track down the perpetrator of a crime against his property which he claims our own police disregarded. Many years ago, CP was the victim of a similar crime and was flummoxed that our police department did no investigation or collecting of evidence at the crime scene, nor did it follow up on a similar and related incident at almost the same time that would have likely led even closer to the perpetrator.
