A few aldermen recently introduced a bill that would make it illegal to park a car on unpaved surfaces--as in you parking your own car in your yard. The bill was unsuccessful. Fortunately.
Several people have commented to CP that it was little more than an attempt to control Hispanic immigrants and was created with them in mind. What say ye?
