Thanks to Readers Who Have Supported Us Financially--We Ask You For Your Help Too!

Each month we attract more and more readers to this little place where we sit on the cutting edge of community journalism....and OUCH!...we're bleeding. We'd like to thank those readers that have shown their appreciation of the value and benefits they derive from reading Annapolis Capital Punishment by sending in financial contributions and we are asking you to help us out as well.

Whether it's informing you that the city attorney lost his license to practice law or delving into little known aspects of the backgrounds of candidates for public office or simply giving voice to the frustration we share about how our local government is being mismanaged and fooling around with our tax dollars, we are here to serve you. We went to nearly every primary and general mayoral debate so we could keep you up to date. We take your calls and emails and we do the research to bring you the news and incisive analysis. We sponsored a mayoral debate and weekly Sip N' Blogs with candidates and activists AND IT'S ALL FREE!!!...Almost every day, somebody thanks us for what we do and while we love your thanks and pats on the back, we really need to eat and pay the mortgage too.

We have no compunction asking for your support. We all deserve to be compensated for providing value to others. PUBLIC BROADCASTING HAS their fundraisers, commercial newspapers and radio have their ads but we're just poor country bloggers trying to do the right thing and trying to serve you, so please, open your hearts and your pocket book and send in your donations to Capital Punishment. Better yet--help us both out and start advertising here. Please write for details to:  THANK YOU!!!
