It's getting A Bit More Interesting....We now have a contested democratic primary for County Council and a Third party candidate for County Executive... Environmental issues will be increasingly important as Green Mike Shay takes on Incumbent County Executive Leopold and Democratic Challenger Joanna Conti.
Shay is a veteran South County activist.....and Democrat Chris Trumbauer is sure to also raise environmental issues as he challenges incumbent Chuck Ferrar for the District 6 seat. Trumbauer is the West/Rhode RiverKeeper and headed up Mayor Cohen's Environmental idea team.
