Delegate King Quietly Changes Web-Site After ACP Questions Propriety of Using State Offices

On August 20, I asked "Is Delegate James King Improperly Using His State Offices for Campaigning for Senate?" Is this a no-no??? I found the below at http://king4maryland.com/preview/contact.php on the website for Delegate James King's campaign for senator. Again, this is not on his official website as a state delegate but this appears to be a big no-no! Can somebody help me out here???_________________________

After just a week or so after this was posted, King's web-site removed any references to his state offices. If you click on  http://king4maryland.com/preview/contact.php now, you will get to the main page of his campaign web-site and the contact page now reads as follows:

I never heard from King nor did he ever respond to phone or email inquiries for my The Ninth Ward column I just wrote for The Capital. But he did change his web-site to remove any references to his state office which means he was using his state offices to conduct his campaign. Well, at least we got positive results. Let's hear it for the power of community journalism--and thank you Delegate King--but please, next time, please return phone calls and emails.
