OK, without going into detail, because I wrote this once, had a power outtage and lost the file...I'll keep it brief. The NRA has endorsed Congressman Frank Kratovil. Next thing I know Andy Harris sends out a news release saying he has been endorsed in every race in which he has run and is proud to get an "A" rating from the NRA.
However, he did not say he was endorsed. He was not endorsed. Kratovil got the endorsement, so the NRA wants Kratovil to stay in office, but they also like Harris--a lot. But they have targeted Kratovil to win...and covered their bases by giving Harris an A. That's a good shot, but it does not hit the bulls-eye. And there is a lot of bull going on around here.
