Remember what FDR said:

or Walt Kelly's "Pogo" from June, 1953:

Kelly also used the "Jack Acid Society" to poke fun at the John Birch Society. The disgusting Glenn Beck and many of his followers are simply rehashing much of what Birchers said in the 1950's. They were wrong then--and they are wrong now.
