Annapolis Capital Punishment

Maybe the Anne Arundel Police Department might do well to send their officers back to school. Yesterday, a murder suspect showed up at North County High School. (OK, dumb criminal since all high schools have police officers assigned to them)

Well, he showed up dressed as a woman. He said he was there to visit a female student. At this point, I am thinking REALLY DUMB CROOK. But, the "resource" officer in the school apparently did not find this attire suspicious and bounded away to locate the female student leaving the murder suspect alone to wander the halls. Do they not have telephones or radios to communicate?

Well anyhow, the officer found the girl and their conversation apparently caused a red flag (perhaps it was just a delayed reaction) and the school, and ten others in the area, were sent into lockdown mode.

After a thorough search, the woman-dressed murder suspect had fled. The good news is that he was arrested this morning in Baltimore.

What was this cop thinking? Are men dressed as women so commonplace in ouur schools? This is the same police force that threw away the lubricant and condoms and almost blew a rape case! Hey chief....send them back to school!
