HOWARD PINSKEY TO HEAD UP HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD

Now there is a breath of fresh air! He is a Naval Academy graduate, successful local businessman, longtime Eastport resident and HACA board member. CP wishes him well. In the meantime, CP asks readers to consider the below item from a recent Annapolis Police Department update:

8. THEFT 7/17 1:35 PM 1125 Madison St. - a Housing Authority workerused his keys to enter an apartment, leaving he keys in the lockbriefly. While his back was turned, someone took them. While he waschecking around for them, a child gave them to him, saying she had foundthem lying on the ground. He reported that one key was missing from thering , though, and that it was a master key to all the apartments inHarbor House. (07-003889)

While his back was turned???? Oh and for how long? One second or ten minutes? Oh well! It was only the master key. We can't keep track of keys--or drug dealers. CP refrains from any further comments or wordplays on this one.
