That's good news....for Baltimore. Yes, the big city to our north with its long-depressed and poverty ridden, urban core and almost third-world quality of life statistics has seen murders drop to an historic low this first quarter. Compare that to our small, sophisticated, historic state capital where we have seen a record high this first quarter.
