4. DRUG ARREST: On October 13th at 11:30 AM, officers saw a drug transaction occur between a pedestrian and motorist at Clay and Pleasant Streets. The motorist was stopped on Taylor Avenue. He was identified as 53 year old John E. Edwards of Reidsville, North Carolina. Investigation led to the recovery of crack cocaine from the center console. He was arrested and charged with Drug Possession. His Honda Civic was seized for forfeiture. (08-006488)

OKAY OKAY so it was not that John Edwards but at least I got your attention--every blogger needs all the help with publicity that he can get. At least I was honest. I did not make it up. Now if only some criminal named Bill Clinton or George Bush gets arrested in town... I am so sick and tired of all this media hyper-sensationalism! Aren't you???
