I cannot help but note how that reminded me of the flooding that caused the loss of his campaign finance records. However, the alderman also tells CP that he will participate in CP's July 28th Mayoral Debate and 100,000th Visit Celebration.....I thought the following was creative and well-done so I had to pass it on from the Josh Cohen campaign...."Cohen for Mayor campaign volunteers will soon be planting beautiful yard signs across Annapolis. Sometimes Farmer Cohen's "quadrennial" crop gets hybridized into a biennial crop...requiring transplanting....
