Annapolis Capital Punishment

The below came unsolicited to CP from yet another concerned reader independent of the earlier reader who sent me similar information. I am not investigating this or following this path on my own. It is being sent to me unsolicited. Votes er concerned:

First, I believe the issue of residency is one that the Board of Supervisors of Elections and the ADCC have both failed us all miserably in  documenting.  I am not sure that once your candidacy has been certified, it can be re-examined.  Pierre apparently has an apartment in Annapolis at the 1901 West complex and can probably provide a signed lease which covers the 2 year period required.

As you reported this morning and I confirmed, she is receiving the homestead tax credit for her townhome in Prince George’s County and has declared it as her Primary Residence with SDAT (form attached).  The homestead tax credit and residency is something that you must complete and sign each year now, per state law.  Secondly, in order to avoid her home in Mitchellville from going to foreclosure, Zina signed a loan modification with her bank in March or April 2009.  This modification is a legal document and states that she occupies the subject property as her Primary Residence.  THIS IS A BIG DEAL.  As you know, the mortgage industry has been in peril over the last 2+ years due to bad loans, mortgage fraud, etc ….

So, did Zina commit Election fraud by giving false information to the Board of Supervisors of Elections or did she commit mortgage fraud (a federal offense) by signing under the penalties of perjury that the property in Mitchellville which she was doing a loan modification on was her primary residence.  The law is very clear, you cannot have more than one primary residence.  A secondary residence MUST be 50 miles from your primary residence, so that argument does not hold weight either.

CP has seen a PDF of the homestead tax filing and have provided the data below although I apologize that it did not translate into the proper format but the data is the same.
