From Snow Disaster Back to Budget Disaster

The below was sent out by Alderman Ross Arnett (D-8)
First, if you are having trouble getting your street cleared, please call 410 263-7967, which is the central number for Public Works. Most of the more heavily traveled roads are down to the pavement, and the City crews are getting to the less frequented streets now. You can also send me an email, I have been having some success at redirecting crews to get to the "last to be plowed" streets.
The City buildings and offices are closed for the rest of the week. That also means that all evening meetings of Boards, Commissions, and Council Committees are canceled as well.
Specifically, the Environmental Matters Committee meeting scheduled for this evening is canceled.
With a little luck, the next three days of sun will help get us out of the snow disaster and back to the budget disaster.
As always, you can reach me by email [] or by telephone at 410 295-9743.
