Annapolis Capital Punishment

This photo was recently brought to my attention. It is purported to be an elected offficial but I cannot confirm. He might possibly be attempting to be of some use in the middle of the biggest blizzard in the city's history by walking on Main Street and...and shoveling? Or was he holding a protest sign? Of course there is nobody else out there and even if he shoveled all day long, well, you get the point.

My guess is the sign read:

"Will Shovel Snow for Food"  or perhaps it was a photo of the man reported to be advertising on Craigs List that he would shovel driveways in exchange for, oh never mind.

What's your suggested caption for the sign he is carrying?

How about "The end is near"  or "Why don't we do it in the road?" or "Mike Miller can go shovel my $@&&!!!" or perhaps "Pray for sunshine" or "The Republicans brought this on us"

If he was indeed out there shoveling snow, what good could one man possibly have done with a plastic shovel when pickup trucks with plows were of little use? And if he is an elected official, oh, never mind on that as well......
