Not one day after I wrote the post It's Not "City Manager" But "Council-Manager" the candidates and the media were still getting this wrong and I had to correct them again yesterday. There is no such thing as a City-Manager form of government as I explained yesterday and the day before and now must explain again BECAUSE SOMEBODY IS NOT GETTING IT. I got an earful about this from the ICMA and it is important that we all be very clear.Two days ago, The Capital twice referred to a "city manager form of government" and yesterday it did it again in an article about Dave Cordle's campaign. WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR THIS TO BE COVERED CORRECTLY??? Can we please get this straight?
