By now you have seen the vote count...Pierre looks like the winner by a slim margin over Cohen and then McFall in third, but absentee ballots could make a difference--but not likely. See www.annapolis.gov for the results. So my predictions were a mixed bag but mainly off, but not totally...it could have been worse, but I should have stuck to my original hunch which was that Pierre was going to pull it off. Too late to prognosticate further.....Wednesday is another day and I have to be chipper for going on 1430WNAV at 0815...!
