According to a news report filed by The Capital just minutes ago, Circuit Court Judge Paul F. Harris Jr. found Shropshire guilty of two counts of fondling a midshipman last May, one a second-degree assault and the other a fourth-degree sex offense. Shropshire, a one-term alderman representing Ward 7, ran unsuccessfully for mayor. He will be sentenced in February.
