This was posted exactly at 6 am on February 2, which is when TV meteorologist Phil Connors played by Bill Murray wakes up...over and over again in the 1993 film which has always been one of my favorites. It blends a little bit of everything into a nice and funny package--and Murray is fabulous. I think the film could, and well, it probably is a topic in college psychology and philosophy discussion sessions. According to Internet Deity Wikipedia, "In 2006, the film was added to the United States National Film Registry as being deemed 'culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant.' " Enjoy the trailer....and Andie McDowell ain't bad. either...Chris Elliott is also a hoot as always and the groundhog, well, he's cute too.
