TODAY 11:00 AM Councilman Josh Cohen, Democratic candidate for Mayor, will outline specific actions he will take as Mayor to improve parking downtown.  The announcement will build on Cohen's pledge to fundamentally change the way City Hall does business and make government more efficient and effective.Five-Point Plan to Improve Parking Downtown, Top Floor, Hillman Parking Garage, Downtown Annapolis.  (Please note if it is raining, the press conference will be held on the second floor of the parking garage).
