Now go out and figure it out. Your choices--keep the party in power that has brought us the last eight years, (while their "Boss" has been the boss) and tells us they will make the next four years different and then tells us they have the experience to do things right OR
Give the other party a chance OR
Get rid of all the parties and all the politicking and start over...
If you believe that a council-manager form of government is more important than who actually gets elected mayor, you'll know what to do. If you believe that a council-manager form of government with a professional manager reporting to our council rather than a political appointee reporting to one person who can only be elected today through a plurality (and will be on the job for at least four years...) you'll know what to do.
Well. Yeah. Of course it is way more complex than that but in a world of sound bites and brief snippets of discourse, that about all boils down to what I think I just said...Like it or not. The rest is commentary.
YEAH, YEAH, YEAH...I KNOW, THERE GOES CP AGAIN TELLING US TO VOTE? HE DOES NOT GET IT!! WE THE PEOPLE WHO READ THIS STUFF ARE THE ONES WHO VOTE--NOW GET THE REST OF THOSE FOLKS TO VOTE.....but how????

I voted. Board of Elections still has my information screwed up so ONCE AGAIN I had to drive to my old Ward to vote.
(I don't believe in provisional ballots. I want my vote counted the first time.)
