That's a big 10-4 Good Buddy!  That's Monday, October 4 as in 10-4 at 0845 when he is scheduled to appear in District Court on Rowe Boulevard for four different traffic violations including driving while impaired by alcohol. Read all about it here:

Snowden was an appointee of County Executive Janet Owens, a city alderman and mayoral candidate and was also the master of ceremonies at Joanna Conti's campaign kickoff. He is currently the director of the board of the Housing Authority of Annapolis and was appointed by Attorney General Doug Gansler as head of the office on civil rights.
